Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

How to Initiate a Return

• Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
• We will provide return instructions and a return authorization.
• Ship the item back in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it. Contact us immediately upon receiving the item.

Non-Returnable Items
