This policy describes how the artgalary mobile apps and website ("we") handle your information.

Information we collect

• Account details — your phone number and name, used to create your account and process orders.
• Order & delivery details — items you buy, delivery address and payment method (payments are processed by Razorpay; we never store card numbers).
• Device & diagnostics — anonymous crash and performance data (via Firebase Crashlytics) used only to fix bugs. This data is not linked to your identity.
• Location (optional) — only when you allow it, to auto-fill your delivery address.

How we use it

To process and deliver orders, provide order updates and offers via push notifications, and improve the app. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers or data brokers, and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Data retention & deletion

Your account data is kept while your account is active. To delete your account and data, use "Delete Account" in the app's Settings or email us — we will remove it within 30 days.
